100% Cabernet Franc grown by Colin Janot in Saix. Certified organic.

Winemaking

Half of the grapes were destemmed and macerated in direct press juice from the other half for 3 days. After pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months followed by additional aging in the bottle for 12 months.

This wine is unfined, unfiltered and has no added sulfites.
