Grapes

100% Chenin Blanc grown by Claude and Julien Mesnard in Montreuil-Bellay. Certified organic.

Winemaking

20% of the grapes were destemmed and macerated in direct press juice from theremaining 80% with gentle punchdowns daily over 14 days. After pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months followed by additional aging in the bottle for 12 months.

This wine is unfined, unfiltered and has no added sulfites.
