100% Cabernet Franc grown by Colin Janot in Saix. Certified organic.

Winemaking

The grapes were left whole cluster and crushed thoroughly followed by 4 days of maceration. After pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months followed by additional aging in the bottle for 6 months.

This wine is unfined, unfiltered and has no added sulfites.

Total production 700 bottles.
