100% Chenin Blanc grown by Claude and Julien Mesnard in Montreuil-Bellay. Certified organic.

Winemaking

Slow and gentle direct press. After pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months followed by additional aging in the bottle for 12 months.

This wine is unfined, unfiltered and has no added sulfites.
